TB500 – Magnus

TB-500 is present in all human and animal cells, it is a synthetic fraction of protein thymosin beta-4.  Healing is the main purpose of this peptide. It also promotes the creation of new blood and muscle cells. In the tendons, ligaments, muscle, skin, eyes, and heart the healing effects of TB-400 can be observed. When the tissue has been damaged the Thymosin beta-4 naturally produced in higher concentration. This peptide is also a very potent anti-inflammatory agent.

TB-500 promotes the endothelial and keratinocyte migration in this sense it is different from other repair factors( growth hormone, IGF-1). It has very low molecular weight and does not bind to the extracellular matrix. Because of this, it can travel a long distance through the tissue in the human body.

Mixing dosing and Use

Plain sterile water is most suitable dilute for TB-500. Alternatively, it can be reconstituted with sterile saline or bacteriostatic water.

The insulin type syringe with 100 markings on the side should be used. They are commonly available in any local pharmacy store.

For mixing pull 1 ml of water into the syringe and inject it into the vial with powder. Never shake the vial. Inject water directly into powder with force. If bubble up put the vial into the refrigerator and leave it there for about 15-30 minutes.  After that gently rotate the vial between fingers until all of the powder has dissolved (it take about 3-4 minutes)

The vias are under vacuum, so before taking the TB-500 out, release the vacuum. Take a fresh syringe pull air into it and inject the air into the vial. This will get rid of the vacuum.

TB-500 Storage and temperatures

Refrigerated between 2-8 degree Celsius its good for 24 months for the lyophilized form. At room temperature its good for over 90 days.

After reconstitution liquid TB-500 should be refrigerated between 2-8 degree Celsius at all time. Don’t freeze it

Reconstituted TB-500 should be used within 8 days

TB-500 Dosage and cycle duration

Dosage depends on the severity of the injury or damage. During the initial period of 4-6 weeks, it generally uses between 4-8 mg of TB-500 per week.

Afterward, some opt to maintain the effects with a low 2-6 mg dose once every 2 weeks. The effects of TB-500 wear off within 2-3 weeks of injection.

Duration: between 4-6 weeks

Dosage: between 4-8 mg of TB-500 per week

The frequency of injection: 2mg per injection, between 2-4 times per week (depending on the total weekly dosage)

TB-500 Maintainance phase:

Duration: as long as needed

Dosage: between 2-6 mg of TB-500 per 2 weeks

The frequency of injection: 2mg per injection, between 2-3  times per 2 weeks ( depending on the total biweekly dosage)

Effects of the TB-500

Effects of TB-500 are dosage dependent and usually become noticeable within days. For some people, it takes up to 4 weeks. Individuals may respond to the therapy differently, however, some effects are generally observed by most people.
